Pay Spectrum Bill Online: Paying bills before the ear of technological advancements meant standing in long queues and waste of valuable time. However, modern tech gives us the luxury of paying our bills anytime and from anywhere in a matter of a few minutes. The same rules apply to your Spectrum Internet bills. Although Spectrum allows you to pay your bills online, no service is perfect. In case you face any problems that cause issues in bill payment, you can pay your dues in more ways than one.

Pay Spectrum Bill Online

1. Opt for the Automatic Bill Payment Option

The best way to avoid this issue is by opting for Spectrum’s automatic bill payment option. If you enroll in Spectrum’s auto payment program, then your bill will be automatically deducted from your selected account on the date of your choosing. If you want to use this facility, you can do so in 2 different ways.

By using a computer:

  1. Use your computer and log in to the spectrum.net website as the head of your house.
  2. Search for the auto payment enrollment option.
  3. Insert the credentials of the selected method of payment.
  4. Choose a date for processing your payment. (Note: the payment will be processed on this date every month)
  5. Click on the continue button to complete the enrollment process and you are all set.

Through Spectrum’s Application:

  1. Open the My Spectrum application on your device.
  2. Look for a tab named ‘Billing’.
  3. You should tap the ‘Enroll’ button for automatic payment.
  4. Now, input the payment credentials including a date.
  5. Complete the enrollment by tapping the continue button and you are done.

In case your payment-related information already exists on the file, a notification will show up on your screen which shows enrollment confirmation once you click on the Enroll button for auto payment. Pay Spectrum Bill Online

  2. Log into the application using your credentials (the username and password you use to sign into the spectrum’s online portal).
  3. Tap and open the tab labeled ‘Billing’.
  4. Once opened, select the button for making a payment.
  5. Select the desired method, your bill’s amount, and the date on which you want your payment to be processed.
  6. Click the button for making your payment. (Note: you can choose to schedule the payment as well).

3. Pay the Bill via Phone (Pay Spectrum Bill Online)

In case your network is down, you can choose to pay your bill by phone.

  1. Dial Spectrum phone number (833.267.6094).
  2. You will be asked to input your phone number that is linked to the spectrum account
  3. You can get the information about your account by choosing option number 1 in the main menu.
  4. Just follow the given instructions to pay your bill. (Note: you can use a debit or credit card to pay your bill.)

4. Make the Payment in Person

If you prefer the human touch in your transactions, you can pay the bill by visiting the nearest spectrum branch. Here is how you can do that.

  1. On spectrum’s website (spectrum.com/stores), use your area’s ZIP code to locate the nearest branches.
  2. Look for the one that is closest to you or the one that you can reach conveniently.
  3. If you want to visit the branch at a later time, book your reservation.
  4. Note down the address and get to the branch during business hours (or according to the time of your appointment).
  5. The customer service representatives of the branch will assist you with the payment. You can pay your bill using a debit/credit card, or even with cash if you prefer.

If you have subscribed to Spectrum TV services as well, you don’t have to worry about paying 2 different bills. Spectrum will add both amounts to a single bill. That way you can pay that bill using any of these methods.
