Following the success of the OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus is said to be working on a OnePlus 10T phone. It’s expected to be less expensive than the OnePlus 10 Pro and the company’s first flagship ‘T’ handset since the OnePlus 8T. The 9T didn’t appear in 2021 without explanation, but the global supply chain issues that plagued smartphone manufacturers meant that none was required.
Meanwhile, rumors about a OnePlus 10T continue to circulate, with the device expected to be released in a month or two. Here’s what we know so far.
OnePlus 10T Design
With the OnePlus 10-series, OnePlus has settled on a very distinct design, and the 10T appears to be a derivative of that. The renders above are courtesy of Digital Chat Station, a trustworthy leaker who frequently shares via the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. The OnePlus 10T, as seen in the image above, is your typical big slab smartphone with a full-screen display interrupted only by a hole punch. A distinct camera bump at the back promises impressive photography credentials. It resembles an Oppo phone more than the previous OnePlus models. It’s said to be available in black, white, and green.

OnePlus 10T Specs
Along with the OnePlus 10T renders, the upcoming phone’s specifications were revealed. The OnePlus 10T is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor with 8GB of RAM should power it. A 4,800mAh battery and the company’s hailed 150W super-fast charging should keep it going — faster than the OnePlus 10 Pro’s 65W charging in the US.
OnePlus 10T Cameras
In terms of cameras, OnePlus is rumored to be working on a triple camera system that will include a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. While OnePlus occasionally struggles with its camera capabilities, the OnePlus 10 Pro represents a significant increase in the company’s camera ambitions. We found the 10 Pro’s camera system to be reasonably good, thanks in part to Hasselblad’s tuning.
The issue here is that it’s unclear whether the OnePlus 10T will have a Hasselblad-tuned camera. ‘T’ branded phones are sometimes less expensive versions of their non-T models, and the camera is one area where costs are cut to save money. We can see what OnePlus can do on its own by looking at the OnePlus Nord 2 or 8T. They’re capable camera phones, but they lack the refinement found in OnePlus devices bearing the Hasselblad logo.

Price and release date
It is expected to be released this summer. It is expected to cost between 3,000 and 4,000 Chinese Yuan (approximately $450 and $600). It will undoubtedly be released in China, but whether it will be distributed as widely as the OnePlus 10 Pro in other countries is unknown.
Despite expanding its smartphone portfolio, OnePlus has recently been cautious about the markets in which it launches them — and the OnePlus 10T may be delayed if it cannibalizes Nord or 10 Pro sales. In comparison, the OnePlus 8T launched first in India, followed by Europe, China, and the United States, whereas the OnePlus 9R was more India-focused.
